| Circuit is a 6.25 loop. The terrain is moderately difficult. Max elevation: 979 ft. Min. elevation: 861 ft. Those familiar with the course, the circuit will combine all three trails. Start on concrete path, leading to trailhead. There will be a short distance between the start line and the trailhead, allowing for the pack of runners to move into a more single-file manner. Course is running counter clockwise. |

From I-575, Take Exit 8 (Towne Lake Parkway)
Turn right off of Interstate onto Towne Lake Parkway
At first light, make a left onto Woodstock Parkway
At next light, make a left onto Ridgewalk Parkway
Make first right (just before bridge) onto Old Rope Mill Road
The road dead ends into Olde Rope Mill Park
