Entry Fee:

Entry fee includes all umpire fees, spectator gate fees, insurance, awaards and a Georgia Games 20th Anniversary Commerative t-shirt for each athlete. Also, three games are guaranteed for each team. Pool play to single elimination.

The fees are charged per age group since the umpire fees range so greatly: Two baseballs per game need to be supplied by EACH team

Team fees are:
6U, 7U, 8U: $365.00

9U-14U: $395.00

TOURNAMENT FORMAT & SCHEDULE

 

Tournament Format:

3 game guarantee. pool play to single elimination.

Uniforms:

All players must wear matching shirts with numbers.

Rules:

Combined baseball rules apply. See below.

Eligibility:

May 1, 2011 shall be the determining date for the age of the players. A player may not participate later than the summer following his graduation from high school. Any player competing in a specific age division must remain in that age division throughout the Georgia Games tournament.
(Note: A player may play in an older vision but never in a younger division.)
Photocopies of birth certificates, passports, adoption papers or immigration papers of each player on the roster MUST be presented at the registration desk. Each player or guadian must sign the official roster before participating in the tournament.

Entry Forms & Waiver:

All players and coaches must complete an entry form and waiver. Agreement, Release and Waiver of Liability must be signed by each player on roster or, if player is under 18, by a parent or legal guardian. This form may be reproduced to send home with individual players. These forms must be received in the Georgia Games office prior to tournament start.

Protests:

Protests will be allowed for rule interpretations only and must be made prior to the next pitch. A nonrefundable $200.00 protest fee must be paid at this time.

Directions:


From South: Take I75 North to the Chastain Road Exit, approx. 12 miles north of I285. Turn left, toward Kennesaw. (follow directions below)

From North: Take I75 South to the Chastain Road Exit. Turn right, toward Kennesaw. (follow directions below)

Continue for about 2.5 miles to US Hwy 41 (Chastain road turns into McCollum Parkway). Turn right (North) on US Hwy 41 for approx. 1 mile to Watts Drive. Turn right on Watts Drive (Citgo Gas Station) and then turn left (After Car Wash) into the new portion of Adams Park.
