Equipment: (a) AAI and GMR
Entry Forms: (a) Entry form is included. Duplicate as needed. Please list gymnasts' names in alphabetical order, last name first, by age group and use a separate sheet per level. Please include complete address, including county for each gymnast.
Waiver: (a) The waiver must be signed by ALL athletes participating in the 2005 Georgia Games. Athletes under the age of 18 must also have a signature of a parent or legal guardian. Please make copies and include ALL waivers with your entry.
Invited: (a) Teams throughout Georgia.
Awards: (a) Per AAU and USA guidelines: Places 1-3 will receive medals. Places 4 and below will receive ribbons.
