These competitions will follow Amateur Softball Association rules as written for each age division with tournament specific exceptions. Signed roster and waivers must be turned in before playing the first game. Please find an official Georgia Games Championship entry form and roster attached. Please comlete your entry form and mail it and your check by the entry deadline. |
Waiver: |
Agreement, Release, and Waiver of LIability must be signed by each player on the roster or, if a player is under 18, by a parent or legal guardian. This form may be reproduced to send home with individual players. |
