TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS

 

Rules:

Olympic-style Sparring rules as governed by the World Taekwondo Federation under the auspices of USA Taekwondo as the governing body under USOC shall apply.

 

Membership Requirements:

NO membership requirements are needed.  Athletes can be a member of AAU, USTU, USA Taekwondo, USSSA or any other organization or a non-member  to compete in the Georgia Games.

 

Uniform/Gear:

Only white uniforms will be allowed.  Trim on collar, school name or back of uniform top, and school patches will be allowed.  Headgear, chest protector, mouthpiece, instep pads, and shin and forearm guards must be worn to compete.  Groin cup is required for male participants.
