(a) USWP registered teams and individuals from GA, AL, SC or TN
are eligible.
(b) Find USWP membership registration information at: www.usawaterpolo.org.
(c) When submitting entry, you must include the team entry form, individual entry form, team roster and individually
signed waivers, which may be reproduced to send home with
individual players.
(d) There is a team roster minimum of seven (7) players.
(e) Participants must be capable swimmers. |
